About Chloe

Chloe -- Pastry Chef

Chloe was working as flight attendant when she graduated from college as her first job.By visiting different countries and cities she loved to explore the world and this is reflected in her cooking. She lived in Maldives and really enjoyed it. It was her first time living overseas, away from the parents and from school. She was in paradise. Whether she was traveling for work,or staying in Maldives, life was a vacation. She enjoyed cooking, the ocean, and had a lot of time for herself.

Unfortunately the airline was in financial trouble and closed shortly afterwords .

She felt like losing love and was really heart broken. She returned to Hong Kong and started thinking about career change. Since she loves cooking and baking, she came up with the idea to go to a culinary school and enrolled into pastry courses at Hong Kong Culinary Academy. There she met her favorite teacher and classmates. The whole new world opened to her and she wanted to learn everything. Her teacher Anita Ko was truly inspiring.

In 2012 she graduated from the Hong Kong Culinary Academy with diploma in patisseries. Then she started working as a pastry chef in Hong Kong Dolce Vita company where she could create the art of cakes and cookies for her company’s catalogs and website.

In 2013 she met the love of her life, had a whirlwind romance and moved to the Mexico City. She received her first pastry certificate in Le Cordon Bleu during her time living in Mexico.

Chloe continued to improve her cooking and baking skills and studied in Mexico and the UK.

In 2020 she opened Little Cooking Studio in Mexico City and offered cooking and pastry classes for children and adults. She believes that cooking and baking are both mental and physical therapy and she hopes that through cooking therapy people can relieve depression and be proud of themselves with the final result.

She spent her last year living in San Antonio and attending classes at Culinary Institute of America. She took Italian and French baking and cooking courses. Upon returning to Mexico, Chloe reopened Little Cooking Studio where she helps children and adults feel better about themselves.
